Actual thickens is around 0.118".

This Red # 2157 color Acrylic is Translucent, meaning some light & shadows can be seen slightly through the sheet. Don't mix it with Transparent, which works as a tinted glass, when you can clearly see through the sheet. For your reference: Opaque is another "color type" of acrylic, which completely blocks light, cannot see through.

Please note: Due to the different color setting on monitors out there you may find a slightly different color tone on your screen compare to the actual plastic sheet.

This Red Acrylic (Plexiglas) comes with masking protective film or paper on both sides. Acrylic (Plexiglas), compare to other plastics, is an ideal material for DIY projects.
